Overall this was a very positive and productive year at BlueRock Wealth Management. With the holidays upon us, we thought we would share some of the milestones we attained in 2019 with you.
CEFEX Certification
We are proud to have become a CEFEX certified firm, only the second in Canada! It was 4 months of review work and a very tough auditing system to get through. With an annual audit to be sure we keep up-to-date on the best practices in our industry, you can be assured that we will work diligently so that you realize your investment objectives in a timely manner. This certification for the financial management industry is the equivalent of having an ISO certification. We are dedicated to the highest level of quality in all we do. Going Paperless
We’ve partnered with DocuSign for as much paperwork as possible in our office. This is not only beneficial to our environment, but also permits us to service our customers in a more expedient fashion, thereby saving you time and ensuring that time-sensitive transactions stay on course. One of our team members will reach out to you if you have never received a DocuSign from us and lead you through the process.
Communication and Financial DNA
We continue to use Communication and Financial DNA to better understand your personal communication styles and financial comfort with the markets so that we are in the best position to help you achieve your goals. We use your unique profile to match you with an advisor and understand key factors that inform your life decisions and your risk tolerance when it comes to investing. The team is focused on learning the next level of the DNA program, which helps better uncover your goals during the financial planning discovery process. We have been working diligently to make our website as user-friendly and informative as possible. Holiday hours begin: December 24th – closing at noon
December 25th – closed for Christmas Day
December 26th – closed for Boxing Day
December 27th – open 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 pm
December 30th – open 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 pm
December 31st – open 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon
January 1st – closed for New Year’s Day
January 2nd – regular business hours resume – open 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 pm
