Sandy Coates is the Executive Assistant to Neal Owen, Human Resources lead, and New Business Development Representative at BlueRock Wealth Management Inc. Sandy brings a strong passion for customer satisfaction and a genuine appreciation for client relationships, which drives her thoughtful and energetic approach to every interaction.

With years of hands-on, “in-the-trenches” experience in the insurance industry, Sandy has successfully translated her industry knowledge into a client-focused, relationship-driven approach that benefits both clients and the organization. Her professional background is complemented by education and training in human resource management, leadership development, team management, Coaching for Success, and the Group Benefits CEBS program through Dalhousie University.

Since COVID, Sandy has relocated back to Nova Scotia, where she now works remotely from her home on the beautiful shores of the Northumberland Strait, enjoying an inspiring ocean view that perfectly balances productivity and coastal living.
