Sandy is the Client Success & Human Resources Manager at BlueRock Wealth Management, expanding her role to include Client Success while continuing to lead Human Resources. With 20 years of experience in the financial services and group benefits industry, Sandy has built her career around people, building relationships, supporting clients, and helping teams grow and succeed. 

Sandy brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a genuine desire to help others. Her background includes training in Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, Team Management, Coaching for Success, and the Group Benefits CEBS program through Dalhousie University. 

Sandy is passionate about creating the best possible experience for BlueRock clients and supporting a positive, connected team environment. She works remotely from her home in Nova Scotia.
